1. Acceptance

By registering for PROGEO and using the platform, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. What is PROGEO?

PROGEO is an online geography education platform, available in Spanish and English, designed for users of all ages.

3. Account Types

PROGEO Free — free access to the Daily Challenge and personal ranking, no registration required. Your progress is saved on your device. Points accumulate over 7-day cycles, at the end of which the ranking resets.

PROGEO Premium — all of the above plus unlimited access to Learning Mode with no daily play restriction. Registration with a valid email address is required, and your progress is saved to your account.

4. Registration and Security

By registering, you agree to provide truthful information, maintain the confidentiality of your password, and not share your account with third parties.

5. Acceptable Use

• Use the platform honestly and respectfully
• Do not manipulate the scoring or ranking system
• Do not use bots or automated tools to play
• Do not reproduce or commercialize PROGEO content without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The following are owned by PROGEO and protected by applicable laws: the PROGEO name and visual design, the texts and editorial content, the curated geographic databases, and the original selection and presentation of the games as a platform.

Geographic data itself is public-domain information. Generic game mechanics are not owned by PROGEO.

7. Premium Subscription and Payments

Premium subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com, our certified Merchant of Record. This means Paddle bills you, processes the charge, handles the applicable tax compliance, and directly manages any inquiries or requests related to your payment or refund. PROGEO does not store or process any card or payment data. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account.

7.1 Refund policy. Paddle, as Merchant of Record, is responsible for processing and resolving all refund requests. You have the right to request a refund within 14 days of your purchase or subscription renewal. See Paddle's refund policy for full details, or request your refund directly at paddle.net.

8. Minors

For users under 13 years of age, registration must be completed or authorized by a parent or legal guardian.

9. Modifications

PROGEO reserves the right to modify the platform and introduce new modes. Any significant change will be notified in advance.

10. Jurisdiction

PROGEO is an international platform. Until its formal legal domicile is defined, any dispute will be resolved in good faith through direct communication.
